Shipping & Returns


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.



Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends (Saturday after 3pm/central) or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.



Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on your address and displayed at checkout. We ship using Fedex, UPS, and USPS.



Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Oak & Willow ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.



Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.




If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will make a claim with the shipping carrier. We will send you a replacement if we have another in stock, if not we will give you a full refund.




Online returns and exchanges for full credit must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We do not accept online returns after 30 days.
In store returns and exchanges for full credit must be made within 14 days of purchase date. After 14 days, store credit will be given.
Seasonal/holiday items may not be returned or exchanged after the season/holiday passes.
