Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends (Saturday after 3pm/central) or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

- Small items less than 13oz ship USPS first class (jewelry, matches, small candles, etc.)
- All other items totaling less than 20lbs ship USPS Priority mail.
- Please contact us if you have special shipping requests (overnight, excessive weight, etc.), additional costs may occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Oak & Willow ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

 

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will make a claim with the shipping carrier. We will send you a replacement if we have another in stock, if not we will give you a full refund.

 

 

Returns

Online returns and exchanges for full credit must be made within 60 days of purchase date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We do not accept online returns after 60 days.
In store returns and exchanges for full credit must be made within 30 days of purchase date. After 30 days, store credit will be given.
Seasonal/holiday items may not be returned or exchanged after the season/holiday passes.
